Modular Focus Rooms

The Canada Revenue Agency is seeking to procure eleven modular focus rooms under solicitation number 1000555195, with a firm contract period of six months and delivery and installation required within eight weeks of award. The procurement is open exclusively to Canadian suppliers and suppliers from applicable trading partners, and may be conditionally set aside for Indigenous businesses that qualify under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business; if two or more eligible Indigenous bids are received, the competition will be limited to those bidders only. The rooms must be freestanding, enclosed on all sides with a single access point, provide visual privacy and sound diffusion, integrate concealed power and data connections, and comply with GREENGUARD or ANSI/BIFMA standards for low emissions, CAN/CSA-B651 accessibility requirements, and provincial flammability codes. Delivery is DDP to the CRA facility at 65 Canterbury Street, Saint John, NB, with the contractor responsible for all transportation, customs, duties, and taxes. Security protocols require all personnel to be escorted on-site, and replacements must hold appropriate Canadian security clearances. Contractors must certify product availability throughout the contract term and provide 60-day notice of any discontinuation, with replacements accepted only if approved and at no additional cost. The contract also enforces strict ethical requirements including prohibitions on bribes, conflicts of interest, contingency fees, and forced labor, and mandates compliance with international sanctions and the Supplier Integrity Directive. Financial data must include a valid Business Number and GST number; sole proprietors must provide a Social Insurance Number, and Indigenous bidders must self-certify eligibility with supporting documentation available upon request.
