Interested parties may submit their capabilities and qualifications via email to designated NASA contacts by 3:00 PM CST on June 16, 2026, solely to assist the Government in determining whether competitive procedures are warranted; any decision to proceed without competition rests solely with NASA. The procurement is subject to NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, and the place of performance is designated as Norfolk, Virginia, while the contracting office is located at Stennis Space Center, Mississippi.
