MONDAY.COM CONSULTING, IMPLEMENTATION, OPTIMIZATION & TRAINING

The Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) is soliciting proposals under RFP SI 2027-006 for a certified Monday.com partner to provide consulting, implementation, optimization, technical support, training, and knowledge-transfer services. The objective is to enhance OHA's existing Monday.com Enterprise environment, which currently consists of approximately 12 users, 65 boards, and 8 workspaces, by reducing manual processes and improving reporting and workflow consistency. This is a multi-term, labor-hour contract starting in November 2026 with a maximum duration of 60 months. Pricing is based on a fixed hourly rate, with an initial 60-hour estimate provided for planning purposes. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the HIePRO system by October 19, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. HST. Evaluation is based on past performance and capability (35 points), technical approach and problem solving (25 points), personnel qualifications (15 points), service delivery (10 points), and financial capacity (5 points). A 5% preference is available for certified Hawaii Offerors who submit form SPO-081. Mandatory requirements include a Wage Certificate, a Certificate of Vendor Compliance via Hawaii Compliance Express, and adherence to state laws regarding campaign contributions and cost principles. The contract will be awarded to a single provider, and the OHA Contract Administrator will be responsible for the review and acceptance of all deliverables.
