The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Development (DFTAD) is seeking professional monitoring and evaluation services for Canada’s International Assistance Innovation Program (IAIP) and Climate Finance Program. The services required under this contract include monitoring operational projects and evaluating closed projects. The Contractor will report on progress towards committed outcomes and policy objectives, inform program-level narratives, and identify and communicate results and lessons learned from the two distinct programs. Additionally, the Contractor will identify commonalities between the programs, joint lessons learned and shared good practices to support improved development results. Both programs will be monitored for effectiveness, efficiency, and climate and/or development impact against agreed-upon expected program and project results.
