Monongahela National Forest - Fence Removal

This solicitation, issued as a Request for Quotation under solicitation number 12444326Q0037, is a total small business set-aside for the removal of woven wire deer fences across the Monongahela National Forest in West Virginia, classified under NAICS code 115310. The work involves dismantling and disposing of seven-foot-high fencing made of two stacked four-foot rolls, removing all associated 2” x 4” boards and 4” x 4” or larger posts, backfilling post holes, severing brush to no more than six inches above ground, repairing erosion controls, and removing all debris from Forest Service land. Performance is limited to the use of ATVs, UTVs, and small Skid Steers operated only around the perimeter of the fences.
