Mooney Boulevard Improvements

The Mooney Boulevard Improvements project, managed by the City of Tulare, is a forecasted infrastructure initiative designed to enhance safety and improve southbound vehicular traffic flow along the Mooney Boulevard corridor between the cities of Tulare and Visalia.
