The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision to provide construction services to reconstruct Reconstruction of Runway 1R-19L & Associated Taxiways at Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD). The project includes various pavement repairs on Taxiways J and K. Additionally; the project consists of the expansion of the Runway 1R Hold Bay and the Runway 19L blast pad. A new blast pad on the Runway 1R will be constructed as part of this project. The project also includes upgrading the airfield lighting and signage to LED lamped fixtures, associated airfield electrical vault modifications as well as miscellaneous underground drainage and utility infrastructure improvements.
