The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex (FCC Coleman), located at 846 NE 54th Terrace Coleman, Florida, 33521, intends to make a single award of an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm fixed prices to a responsible contractor, who can provide Mortuary Services in accordance with the stated requirements. The provision of mortuary services may include, but is not limited to transportation, embalming, body preparation, clothing, filing of certificates and permits, casket, shipping, cremation, and burial services. Read statement of work (SOW) carefully. The current provider for FCC Coleman is Triple Alliance Enterprises Inc.


The Contactor shall provide mortuary and autopsy services for the inmate population incarcerated at average of approximately 17 cases per year. This solicitation should result in the offer of a contract award with a base year with four option years. The contract shall extend from the effective date of award (base year) October 1, 2026, through twelve (12) months, September 30, 2027, with the Government's unilateral right to exercise an additional four Option Years. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with fixed-firm unit prices. The four additional Option Years are as follows:

Contractors must comply with FAR 52.222-54, E-Verify Requirements, by enrolling in E-Verify within 30 days of contract award and beginning verification within 90 days of enrollment.


The proposals are due no later than 12:00 pm on August 27, 2026, however, this is a projected estimate, and contractors should refer to page 1 of the solicitation (Block #8) for the actual date quotations are due. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation and amendments, will be distributed solely through this website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this acquisition.
