Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) seeks to competitively award a Brand Name firm fixed price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). NSWCPD has established a competitive requirement for the following Brand Name item from BNL Industries Inc.: Three (3) Motor-actuated 2-way ball valve, Part Number: EBV-F2-14-0102.
