Full Description

This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), solicitation number FA4608-10-R-0018, in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13, and is in accordance with provisions and clauses effective in Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC 2005-24 effective 31 March 2008). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 811213, and the small business size standard is $7M. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. Small businesses, woman-owned, and disabled veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to participate by submitting quotes. Contract award will be based on past performance tradeoff procedures with past performance being significantly more important than price. Refer to sections L and M in the solicitation for instructions and evaluation criteria. The contractor must remit a completed copy of the REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS at FAR 52.212-3, and follow the instruction as provided in the clause unless you have a copy on file at https://orca.bpn.gov. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT ACCEPT INCOMPLETE PROPOSALS. Offers will be evaluated on past performance and prices as offered. The Contracting Officer is not responsible for locating or obtaining any information not identified in the offer.
