The City of Mountain House is implementing the Mountain House Town Center Tentative Subdivision Map project, which involves comprehensive amendments to the city's General Plan, Master Plan, Specific Plan 11, Zoning, and Parks, Recreation and Leisure Plan. These plan amendments modify the land use designations of six specific areas from Community Park, P-F, and C-R to R-L, R-M, and C-N. The project further includes four major tentative subdivision maps to divide approximately 37.85 acres into 218 residential lots. An addendum to the 1994 Mountain House Master Plan Final Environmental Impact Report determined that the project would not create new environmental impacts beyond those previously analyzed. The project is currently in the notice of determination phase, with filings submitted in September 2026. Key points of contact for the project include Contract Planner John B. Anderson for the city and Director of Operations Dave Sargent for Altamont Development.

DePaul Residences Project
Solicitation # SR2024-0011, SD2024-0007, EA2024-0008
The DePaul Residences Project proposes the subdivision of a site into 114 residential lots, each designated for a detached single-family home with a two-car garage, resulting in a total of 105 completed residences. The development includes provisions for 158 street parking spaces to accommodate visitors, alongside essential infrastructure such as a 2.27-acre stormwater detention basin and a 0.47-acre stormwater quality management area to mitigate runoff impacts. Approximately 0.49 acres of common open space will be preserved for communal use. Access to the development will be facilitated by two new driveways connecting to DePaul Drive on the eastern boundary, supplemented by an internal roadway network designed to serve the subdivision. The project requires formal approvals including a Vesting Tentative Map and Design Review from the City of Morgan Hill to proceed with construction and land use authorization. The project is managed by the City of Morgan Hill in California, with primary planning oversight provided by Senior Planner Tiffany Brown, who can be contacted at the city’s official email and phone number. Additional stakeholders include Brian Pianca of Trammell Crow as Principal and Nick Pappani of Raney Management as Vice President, representing the development team. The project was posted as a forecast on May 29, 2026, and is located within the 95037 zip code in Morgan Hill, California. While no solicitation number or NAICS code is listed, the timeline and approvals indicate active preparation for future construction and permitting phases.

Sale and Redevelopment of the Rockwell Administration Center
Solicitation # 2027-0002
USD 489 Hays Public Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the sale and redevelopment of the Rockwell Administration Center campus located at 323 W. 12th Street, Hays, Kansas. The property, which includes the administration building, grounds, parking, and warehouse and shop facilities, is being sold in as-is condition. The district is seeking qualified purchasers who can provide a fair purchase price and a redevelopment vision that benefits the local community. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the Office of the Superintendent by November 11, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The district requests a phased transition to minimize operational disruptions. Under this plan, the purchaser would take immediate possession of the campus upon closing, except for the warehouse and shop facilities. USD 489 seeks to lease these specific facilities for an initial one-year term, with a potential extension of six to twelve months, with lease rates to be negotiated prior to closing. Evaluation of proposals will be based on the purchase price, financial capability, redevelopment vision, community impact, and the proposer's agreement with the phased transition plan. The Board of Education reserves the right to negotiate terms or reject any proposal to ensure the best interest of the district and the Hays community.
