MPA Range Maintenance Quarterly Service Plan and Repair

The Metropolitan Police Department is forecasting a quarterly service plan for routine maintenance and repair activities on its range facilities. This contract will support ongoing operational readiness by ensuring that training ranges remain safe, functional, and compliant with standards through scheduled inspections, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs. Services will include but are not limited to structural repairs, target system maintenance, safety equipment checks, debris removal, and minor infrastructure upgrades necessary to sustain high-volume range usage. Work will be performed on a regular quarterly basis to minimize downtime and maintain consistent training conditions for law enforcement personnel. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in the future, with no current solicitation active, and performance is expected to be based at MPD range locations within the District of Columbia.
