Notice of Contract Award Contract No. FA4890-13-C-0104 Solicitation No. FA4890-13-R-0001 Headquarters, Air Combat Command, Acquisition Management & Integration Center (ACC AMIC) intends to award the above contract for the MQ-1/9 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD). Award will be made to CAE USA, Inc., 4908 Tampa West Blvd., Tampa, Florida 33634, on or about 31 Jul 2013 in the amount of $97,997,036.00. The contractor shall perform in accordance with the standards outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) as posted with the RFP. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services that are required to perform and support MQ-1/MQ-9 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) to include Instrument Refresher Course (IRC) for personnel in support of operations, as required, at Creech Air Force Base AFB NV, Holloman AFB, NM, March ARB CA, Hancock Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB) NY, and other locations that may be required in the future in accordance with the PWS. The specific tasks for this contract are divided into three categories: 1) CAT to include IRC, 2) CWD and, 3) General Tasks.
