The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland, Naval Test Wing Atlantic (NTWL) has awarded a sole source Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract extension under N00421-15-C-0010 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, of San Diego, California.
