MRV2 RFQ Closes 27 Feb 2014 at 1200 Local Time (MST) This is presolicitation notice to contract for Maintenance Release 2 Virtualized (MRV2) Tier II Help Desk Support for a maximum 4 months that is to end 30 June 2014. The help desk is to provide temporarily technical and programmatic solutions to the customer of the MRV upgrade version 2 as well as transfer the technical capability from Lockheed Martin, the developer, to the Government. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii), services is deemed only available from the original developer of MRV2 software, Lockheed Martin, for the follow-on contract to provide MRV2 Tier II Help Desk Support.
