Housing, Infrastructure and Communities Canada (HICC) has a requirement for services related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft PowerPlatform, that are essential for designing, developing, testing and deploying a Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS). Requirements may include, but are not limited to: a. Implementation of approved business processes for HICC’s Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS). b. Advice and guidance on functional design recommendations, coding standards and emerging technologies. c. Translation of approved functional and business requirements into technical requirements and design specifications. d. Migration of legacy data and functionality to GCIMS. The Contractor’s resources, with experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics and Microsoft Power Platform solutions and associated business processes, will be required to support various requirements as identified in the applicable Task Authorization (TA).
