The Agilent 8800 ICP-MS instrument, serial number JP14340352, is being relocated from the FDA San Francisco Human and Animal Food Laboratory in Alameda, California, to the FDA Denver Human and Animal Food Laboratory in Denver, Colorado, under solicitation FDA-RFQ-134723. The contract requires an OEM-certified technician to completely disassemble, pack, transport, and perform inside delivery of the instrument and all associated modules using only newly manufactured packaging materials; no used, refurbished, or demonstration-grade materials are permitted. All residual solvents and contaminants must be removed prior to transport to ensure the instrument remains in a condition suitable for long-term storage and future requalification.
