This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 


Solicitation number 127EAY27Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for all technical, performance, reporting, and compliance requirements for contractor-provided campground sanitation and administrative office janitorial services for the Mt. Shasta–McCloud Ranger Districts.


This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720  The small business size standard is $22M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. 


Site Visit:


A site visit will be held on 13 October 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Mt Shasta Ranger Station & Visitor Center (204 West Almo St. Shasta, CA 96067). Please send the CO, Kari Hughes, kari.hughes@usda.gov an email if you will be attending. This will be the ONLY site visit for this requirement. Site visit is NOT mandatory.
