The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) is seeking input from qualified contractors regarding the Chinatown Rose Pak Station Water Leak Mitigation Project, which aims to address ongoing water intrusion issues within the station facility. Despite previous remedial efforts that reduced water ingress in certain grouted areas, water has continued to migrate, causing new leaks in the platform cavern section. The project involves identifying and implementing measures to effectively stop water infiltration and prevent further damage. Interested parties can obtain the RFI document from SFMTA's Contract Administration office and are encouraged to submit their responses via email by March 6, 2024. Participation in this RFI is voluntary, and there are no costs reimbursed by SFMTA for involvement. This process helps SFMTA gauge contractor interest and capabilities ahead of potential future procurement activities related to leak mitigation at this location.

The San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) invites you to submit input and comments for the following work:
CHINATOWN ROSE PAK STATION WATER LEAK MITIGATION PROJECT
The purpose of this project is to mitigate the water leaks to stop the ingress of water into the Chinatown Rose Pak Station facility where significant water intrusion has been observed. Remedial measures have reduced the water intrusion in the Crossover cavern grouted areas, but the water has migrated to other areas where new water leaks have appeared. RFI document may be obtained from:
San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency Contract Administration, Contracts and Procurement One South Van Ness Avenue, 6th Floor San Francisco, California 94103 Attention: Mr. Evan Hyun (Contract Administrator)
The RFI document may be requested by e-mailing or calling Mr. Evan Hyun at contact@example.gov (e mail) or +1 (555) 000-0000 (voice). Questions regarding this RFI must be addressed to Mr. Evan Hyun. Please submit your responses via e-mail to Mr. Evan Hyun no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 6, 2024.
