Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) - Large Scale Military Projects

The U.S. Navy’s Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Washington has awarded six multiple-award construction contracts under solicitation N4008025R9500 for large-scale military construction projects, with contract numbers ranging from N40080-26-D-1009 to N40080-26-D-1014. The awarded contractors are Balfour Beatty Construction, LLC; Clark Construction Group LLC; Evcon-CWC JV LLC; Grunley Construction Co., Inc.; The Whiting Turner Contracting Company; and Walsh Federal LLC, each registered with a unique entity identifier. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total program ceiling of $8 billion across all awardees, though individual contract values remain unspecified.
