Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) is soliciting qualifications to establish three pre-qualified benches for on-call professional services spanning Environmental Regulatory Compliance, Sustainability Energy and Resiliency, and Entitlement and Environmental Planning Services. These services will support operations at Los Angeles International Airport, Van Nuys Airport, and Palmdale Land Holdings through competitively awarded Task Orders, with a total combined contract value cap of $50,000,000 across all awards and periods. Offerors must submit detailed resumes, organizational charts, and proof of minimum ten years in environmental consulting with five years specifically in airport-related work, alongside compliance certifications for SBE, MBE, DBE, WBE, DVBE, ACDBE, and LBE status, as well as mandatory affidavits on child support, living wage, and equal benefits. The contract enforces strict regulatory adherence to SCAQMD, CARB, EPA, OSHA, and ADA standards, requiring certifications such as QSD/QSP, CARB GHG Verifier, and ACA Level 4.
