REQUEST FOR BID PROPOSAL PARKING LOT PROJECTON DAVIS STREET FOR THE TOWN OF WELLS, MAINE Price quotations for construction of a Parking Lot, associated Underdrained Bio-retention Filter and associated other work will be received by the Town of Wells, Maine (Owner), at the Town Manager’s Office, located at 208 Sanford Road, Wells, Maine until 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 31, 2025 at which time the Bids shall be opened. Proposal shall be provided in sealed envelopes, and clearly marked “Proposal for Parking Lot on Davis Street.” Pre-bid questions can be submitted up to Wednesday, March 26, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. to Michael Livingston at document.write('mlivingston'+'@'+'wellstown.org')For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address.. Questions and corresponding answers will be provided to all bidders that have provided contact information (email) by March 27, 2025. Proposals shall meet the requirements set forth in the attached drawings and specification packet. Quoted prices shall remain firm and subject to acceptance for a minimum of 30 days of the proposal date, and shall include all costs associated with materials, equipment and labor for a complete and operational installation.
