This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under RFO part 12.
