MY2026 or Newer 17 m3 High-Roof Extra-Long Cargo Van - for the U.S. Embassy Ankara, Turkiye

The U.S. Embassy in Ankara, Türkiye, intends to procure one brand-new, factory-produced MY2026 or newer high-roof, extra-long closed cargo van with a minimum cargo volume of 17 cubic meters for official logistics, facilities, and mission-support purposes. The vehicle must be white in color, have a minimum gross vehicle weight rating of 3,500 kg, and be equipped with a 2.2-liter class Euro 6Ebis or higher diesel engine producing at least 103 kW (140 HP) and 350 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed manual transmission or better and front-wheel drive. It must feature manufacturer-supported Turkish/EU homologation to ensure legal registration and road operation in Türkiye, and be new, unused, and from current production. Delivery or release-ready handover is required at an approved point in Türkiye, including options such as DAP Ankara delivery, embassy delivery from Turkish free circulation, authorized dealer handover within Türkiye, or release-ready handover at an approved Turkish sea port free-zone or bonded warehouse. The procurement will be conducted under full and open competition per FAR Part 13 as a firm-fixed-price purchase order awarded to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable, and responsible offeror. All offerors must meet strict technical and compliance thresholds to be considered. A manufacturer-backed warranty valid in Türkiye for a minimum of three years or 100,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, is mandatory and must include authorized service and OEM parts support within the country; failure to meet this requirement results in immediate disqualification. Only manufacturer-authorized or certified sellers with verifiable warranty and support capabilities in Türkiye are eligible. Non-Turkish offerors must submit valid SAM.gov registration with active UEI and NCAGE codes, while local Turkish vendors must provide local legal/vendor identity information but are exempt from SAM.gov registration.
