Synopsis for Sources Sought for Qaraheybat Range Azarbaijan The U.S. Army Contracting Command -Redstone (ACC-RSA) intends to issue a 3 year Firm-Fixed Price and cost type contract for acquiring the necessary hardware and services to convert the Qaraheybat LOMAH Range located in Azarbaijan to a hardwired installation, The effort will provide for an upgrade to the existing range as established by the foreign government needs, repairs and spares, and technical support .The hardware components will primarily include: (1) lane and target Identifier Units; (2) firing port connection posts; (3) cabling; and (4) spare parts. The services support is to be used for the following efforts: (1) site visits (2) installation of hardwired LOMAH components; (3) testing; and (4) training. The Program Executive Office for Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (PEO STRI); Project Manager for Instrumentation, Targets and Threat Simulators (PM ITTS); Targets Management Office (TMO), Huntsville, Alabama is the lead for the management of these items. This is NOT a request for proposal, quotation, or invitation to bid notice. Only interested U.S. businesses located in the United States will be solicited.
