The scope of this Request for Quote is to install lightning protection on an entire structure and all metal components attached to and associated with the structure. All work shall be in conformance with UL code 96A and NFPA code 780. Contractor shall supply all materials and provide all labor associated with this task. See Attachment 0001 for the Statement of Work and Attachment 0002 for the applicable Construction Wage Rate Requirements. Weir Farm National Historic Site (WEFA) is located at 735 Nod Hill Road in Wilton CT, WEFA also has a 3,000 square foot, two story, modern residential structure built in 1998 located .75 miles from the historic core of the park at 250 Old Branchville Road, Ridgefield CT (OBS), which is where the work is to be performed. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 238290, Other Building Equipment Contractors, with a size standard of $15.0 million. A current Contractor registration is required on the System for Award Management (SAM) website, https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/ (formally the legacy Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and legacy Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA)).
