Full Description

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with Raytheon Electronic Warfare, 6380 Hollister Avenue, Goleta, CA 93117, for a maximum ceiling amount of $83,700,000. The BOA covers a three-year period, with two one-year options from date of award, which was 4 November 2003. The BOA includes line items to support the restoration efforts of the AN/SLQ-32 Countermeasure System, to procure spares, repairs and engineering services in support of the AN/SLQ-32 System. Procurements under the BOA are conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane Division under the BOA for a one-year period (Option Year 2). Individual orders issued by NSWC Crane Division will specify the requirements and all applicable delivery terms and conditions.
