This is a Full and Open After Exclusion of Sources Contract.  This project is Set Aside for Small Businesses in North Dakota.


This Contract contains requirements for both Design Phase Services and Construction Phase Services.


This design build project is at Bruce M. Van Sickle Federal Building & Courthouse in Minot, North Dakota.  The Probation Office at the Courthouse needs to make alterations to the office spaces on the third floor to accommodate an increase in staff.  The goals are to renovate the existing space and enclose the space from the public corridor.
