NSWCPD requests a Period of Performance of 5 months for this project. The goal of this project is to add hallways to the south and east of Bldg 87 Room 1113 so that it does not need to be accessed to enter any of the surrounding rooms. Adding the south hallway will decrease the square footage of Rooms 1113C, 1113102, and 1113102A, and will require their doors to be relocated. Refer to attachments for current and proposed floorplans. The design will need to take into consideration the space's existing raised flooring and ceiling grid. Security requirements of Room 1113 will also need to be taken into consideration. Further details/reference drawings will follow during SAES generation and design development.
