Authority is hereby requested to award a base contract to all eight (8) Offerors that submitted proposals in response to Solicitation No. N6449825R0015-0001 for research and development, test and evaluation, engineering and fleet support organization for the Navy’s ships, submarines, military watercraft and unmanned vehicles.
