NADMT End of Life Spares

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is seeking information through a sources-sought notice to procure commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) spare components for the Naval Aviation Distributed Training (NADMT) program, specifically to upgrade computer hardware and monitors in the System Integration Lab to support integration of the Joint Simulation Environment with CVW platforms. No formal military packaging, preservation, or marking standards are required; instead, commercial shipping labels and materials from Dell’s configuration are referenced, and no barcoding or UDI requirements are specified. Respondents must submit a single, four-page Microsoft Word document identifying their business size status under the 1,250-employee small business standard for NAICS 334111, disclosing their role as prime contractor or subcontractor, and detailing any teaming arrangements, including partner capabilities and socioeconomic certifications such as WOSB, EDWOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, SDB, or 8(a). Small business primes intending to use similarly situated entities must provide the name, CAGE code, UEI, and size status of those entities to comply with FAR 52.219-14. Nonmanufacturers must confirm their employee count is under 500 and indicate whether their primary business is retail or wholesale trade.
