NAF DHW Heat Exchanger Replacement

Solicitation 19012A is a lump-sum contract for the replacement of the Domestic Hot Water heat exchanger at the University of California, Berkeley, with an estimated construction cost of 200,000 dollars. The base scope of work includes the installation of a new heat exchanger (HX-16), circulation pump (CRP-16), and associated piping, as well as a new domestic hot water mixing valve system station.
