NAGARRO, INC. — DIR-CPO-6237

Contract DIR-CPO-6237 is a Master Cooperative Contract between the Texas Department of Information Resources and Nagarro, Inc. for Deliverables Based Information Technology Services. The agreement provides a framework for state and local government, public education, and other public entities both within and outside of Texas to procure specialized IT services. The scope is strictly limited to services, explicitly prohibiting the sale of hardware or software products and the use of resellers. Nagarro, Inc. is awarded four primary technology categories: Application Development, Maintenance, and Support (including ERP); Business Intelligence, Data Management, Analytics, and Automation; IT Assessments, Planning, and Procurement Advisory; and Project and Program Management. The contract is structured as a multiple-award framework with an initial two-year term and options for subsequent renewals. Services are executed using Agile methodology through iterative sprints, with specific deliverables, pricing, and performance locations determined on a case-by-case basis via individual Statements of Work. The agreement includes a 0.75 percent DIR administrative fee and requires adherence to WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards. Award selection was based on a Best Value Trade-Off Methodology, prioritizing respondent history and experience, as well as marketing and customer support plans, rather than lowest price.
