Sealed Proposals from General Contractors will be received by Walker County Board of Education ¿the Owner¿ in the Facilities and Operations Department at 298 Culberson Avenue, LaFayette, GA 30728 until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 27, 2025 for construction of: HEALTHCARE CENTER ADDITION TO NAOMI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 4038 E. HWY. 136, LAFAYETTE, GA 30728 B. A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 11:00 A.M. at the Walker County Board of Education, Facilities and Operations Department located at the Culberson Avenue address. Any person or entity that fails to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will not be permitted to submit a Proposal for the Project and any Proposal submitted by a person or entity that did not attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be returned unopened.
