Solicitation # 80GSFC27R0015
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Goddard Space Flight Center is soliciting proposals for the Hydrosphere, Biosphere, and Geophysics (HBG) Support Services II contract, under solicitation number 80GSFC27R0015. This small business set-aside is a hybrid Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year effective ordering period. The contract allows for the issuance of both Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) and Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) task orders to support science research and computing activities across various laboratories, including the Cryospheric Sciences, Ocean Ecology, Hydrological Sciences, Biospheric Sciences, Geodesy and Geophysics, and the Terrestrial Information Systems Laboratory. The primary objective is to develop and apply space, field-deployed, and laboratory-based technologies to address societal issues related to water resources, ecosystems, sea level change, and the Earth's magnetic and gravity fields. The scope of work encompasses scientific modeling, simulation, data assimilation, satellite instrument performance analysis, and the planning and execution of field campaigns. Performance will occur at the Goddard Space Flight Center and the contractor's facilities, with acceptance managed by the Contracting Officer or a designated representative.
