AI Contract Overview
The Transportation Security Administration is seeking to establish the Nationwide Regional Facilities and Administrative Services forecast to support its physical and operational infrastructure. The program focuses on managing real property, lease management, strategic space planning, and facility maintenance to ensure functional workspaces for frontline and administrative staff. This initiative includes the oversight of occupational safety, health, and environmental standards, as well as the management of personal property assets and logistical support. To achieve these goals, the agency intends to implement multiple-award, regional Blanket Purchase Agreements for a variety of commercial products and services. These include mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work, structural and finishing trades, custodial services, heavy equipment, and transportation logistics. Selected providers must be capable of servicing all TSA locations within the Northeast, Southeast, Central, and Western regions, covering both continental United States and overseas locations.
