NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is seeking contractors capable of manufacturing, evaluating, repairing, and modifying various items, primarily focused on spare and repair services for NATO SEASPARROW systems and other related equipment critical to fleet support. The government requires restoration of items to "A-condition" status but lacks the necessary data to perform these tasks independently, indicating reliance on a limited pool of sources. The contract will be awarded as a Basic Ordering Agreement with five base years, emphasizing repair and manufacturing efforts while complying with the Free Trade Agreements Act and related international procurement agreements. The procurement will be conducted under a single-source justification, with the government intending to negotiate without full competition but inviting capable sources to express interest and submit capability statements within 15 days of the notice's publication. New sources not previously approved must include information per the NAVSUP-WSS Source Approval Information Brochure, though source approval processing will not delay contract award. All communications and expressions of interest are to be directed to the designated point of contact at NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support in Mechanicsburg, PA. This effort supports the fleet’s operational readiness by ensuring timely repair and modification of essential defense components.
