Full Description

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office has a requirement for natural gas utility services at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) McDowell in Welch, WV. The contractor shall provide to the FCI the entire natural gas utility requirement in a manner and form that is consistent with all applicable laws, rules, industry standards, codes, permits, regulations and governing ordinances, promulgated by any and all governmental authorities having jurisdiction; as well as, the facility's service requirements. Estimated Average Daily flow is 2,621 MCF and an annual volume of 31,452 MCF. These are not guaranteed, the annual amount will fluctuate throughout the life of the contract.
