Full Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Aircrew Systems Program Office (PMA-202), intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) order to Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber, 29 Hamerkava, Holon, Israel, against Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00421-26-G-0017. The anticipated task order provides for tasks for URT-140 Radio Beacon to be modified under the ECP with replacing the switch, switch cover, and spring and establishing a life limit to support the URT-140s. Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) manufacturer of this component. To provide the required support it is necessary to utilize the OEM specific supplies and services used currently. Contract award is anticipated for fourth quarter of FY 2026.
This BOA Order is being pursued on a sole source basis under authority of 10.U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) as is implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy agency requirements. Elbit Systems C4I and Cyber is the only known, qualified responsible source that has the ability and resources necessary to fulfill the requirements herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. A determination by the Government not to compete this effort is Soley within the discretion of the Government.
