The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, contract to DAR Constitution Hall for the rental of the hall for the upcoming birthday concerts in support of the U.S. Navy Band. The Government will solicit and award using the policies and procedures of RFO Part 6.103, Other than Full and Open Competition and RFO Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.



The period of performance will be on 09 October 2026.



The U.S. Navy Band requires the rental of the hall to perform its annual Birthday concert.



The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments will be issued directly to DAR Constitution Hall. Once available, the award notice will be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://sam.gov/.
