All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 1:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on 13 August 2026.



Solicitation N0042126Q1291 is issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed- price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Howmet Global Fastening Systems for Eccentric PINS P/N: CA4480-4 and Turnlock P/N: CA1711 for items listed under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).



Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.



This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
