The General Services Administration (GSA) intends to make a sole source award to Applied Business Management Solutions, Inc. (ABMSI) to provide specialized administrative support services to General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), National Capital Region (NCR). This acquisition is for a single award contract. The period of performance allotted for this requirement is a six-month base period plus two (2) six-month option periods. This award will be made in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive orders. However, all responsible sources will submit a capability statement within seven (7) calendar days after the publication which shall be considered by the agency. Responses received after the response date or without the required information may not be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete as result of information received is solely within the discretion of the Government. The projected award date is February 24, 2018.
