The VA seeks to lease 22,297 ABOA SF of contiguous space within the Area of Consideration set forth below by the delineated area for medical office space and one hundred (100) parking spaces for use as a Community-Based Outpatient clinic Urgent Care around Northeast El Paso, Texas.  VA shall consider space located in an existing building as well as consider New Buildings being constructed for multi-tenant use and not specifically a build-to-suit for VA use only.
