For acquisitions below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT), you can also attach Small Business Sources Sought with this template. Please use this template as a guide for submitting a notice of intent to sole source to FBO. In your FBO notice, please attach the SOW/Specifications/Brand Name Only justification. Please note, all sole source contract awards must be updated with the award information along with the J&A above $25K (you need to go back to FBO after the award is made and post this info).
