Data must be deliverable by an API, data feed, or retrieval by FTP (e.g. through an Amazon Web Services bucket), and the user must be able to receive data daily, weekly, or monthly. Finally, any proposed database must: stream dockets from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for all business bankruptcy filings; assist subscribers in monitoring bankruptcy cases by writing about significant and actionable events for - priority cases (companies with public equity or debt, with particularly high profiles, or with liabilities in excess of 50MM USD); provide a research platform where subscribers can query and export data from our robust database of business bankruptcy filing information; supply professional retention data, including rates and final fees; and serve as the - hub of business bankruptcy information that bankruptcy professionals have trusted and relied upon since 1986.
