The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development Canada is responsible for the conduct of Canada’s international relations, including foreign affairs, international trade and commerce, and international development. The Real Property Integrated Systems Division is responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of a portfolio of business applications and databases that enable the management of Canada's real property assets and operations at missions abroad. These systems provide critical operational capabilities, business intelligence, and reporting functions that support departmental decision-making, senior management oversight, and strategic planning. To support ongoing operational requirements and project initiatives, the Division requires specialized technical expertise and additional resource capacity in the areas of application development, database management, systems integration, maintenance, and operational support. Contracted resources will provide the necessary skills and experience to augment internal teams, support the delivery of business and technology priorities, maintain service continuity, and ensure the timely execution of enhancement, modernization, and sustainment activities. The engagement will contribute to the effective operation, maintenance, and evolution of the Division's information technology environment, while mitigating operational, technical, and project delivery risks associated with resource constraints and specialized skill requirements. Currently there is an incumbent providing the services outlined in this solicitation: Altis Recruitment & Technology Inc. Since March 2019 Value: $12,686,505.37
