Next Generation Penetrator GBU-76/B System Design, Manufacture, Production, Support, and Logistics

The Department of the Air Force through the Air Force Material Command is conducting market research under solicitation number EBDA_NGPIDIQ to identify industry capabilities for the Next Generation Penetrator GBU-76/B System, encompassing the full lifecycle of large penetrator warhead systems weighing between 20,000 and 30,000 pounds. The effort seeks information on industry capacity to perform system design, manufacture, production, support, and logistics functions including hardware development, test hardware procurement, fuze development and production, tooling for manufacture and load-assemble-pack operations, all-up-round integration, software development for flight profiles and mission planning, alternate navigation system integration, ground support equipment, training assets, packaging and transportation, obsolescence management, and explosive fill testing.
