Constructs a multi-story laboratory facility supported by shallow foundations. The facility will utilize structural steel framing with a standing-seam roof. Exteriors are planned as a combination of masonry veneer and metal panel siding. This project provides research, development, and testing spaces. Project is designed for maximum efficiency, to accommodate personnel and integrate equipment necessary for establishing reconfiguration of space to ensure that future platforms and technological developments will be able to be compartmentalized and assimilate into a secure submarine platform facility.
