The laboratory of the Virology Department of the U.S. Naval Medical Research Unit SOUTH (NAMRU SOUTH) is looking to purchase reagents to prepare libraries using human samples that later will be sequenced in the MiSeq and MiniSeq platforms developed by Illumina, as part of the projects of next-generation sequencing (NGS) that are being conducted at this command.
The reagents are:
FC-110-3001 PhiX Control v3, MS-102-3003 MiSeq Reagent Kit v3 (600-cycle), FC-131-1096 Nextera XT DNA Library Preparation Kit (96 samples), FC-131-2001 Nextera XT Index Kit v2 Set A (96 indexes, 384 samples), FC-420-1003 MiniSeq High Output Reagent Kit (300-cycles), FC-131-2002 Nextera XT Index Kit v2 Set B (96 indexes, 384 samples).
