The Project includes the following Work: The demolition of the Nike Site Water Tank. The Project has must be substantially complete by October 31, 2026, and ready for final payment by November 30, 2026. Obtaining the Bidding Documents Information and Bidding Documents for the Project are available at no cost at PennBid: pennbid.bonfirehub.com Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Pre-bid Conference A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. at Nike Water Tank site located at 280 Myers Lane, Allison Park, PA 15101. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Attention is called to the fact that prevailing minimum wage rates as determined by the Secretary of the Department of Labor and Industry must be paid by the Contractors on this project and that employees and applicants for employment shall not be discriminated against because of their race, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, or handicap.
